This luxury 104 bed new-build care facility was briefed to include the highest standards of dementia design with the needs of residents, visitors and staff at the forefront.

Key elements of the design brief included the owners’ desire to reflect both high-end luxury and a homely look and feel, with multiple and innovative communal areas, to enhance residents’ well-being and their quality of life.

It incorporates the latest and best practice in ‘dementia design’ when looking at the overall space planning and interior schemes. Ensuring the design reflected how residents might better interact with their visitors and of the well-being of staff.
