Newmor Trend Wall, BCFA Open Manchester
We’re excited to be presenting the Trends Wall at the BCFA’s first Open Exhibition at the iconic Bridgewater Hall in Manchester. This brand new event showcases new designs and creative interiors from BCFA member companies specialising in the hospitality, healthcare, office and education sectors.
Based on our research for 2017 surface and colour trends, we’ve curated four trend collections for the show, and we’ll be asking visitors to vote for their favourite trend for the chance to win a wall of wallcovering. We’re exhibiting our brand new wallcoverings, as well as previewing our Newmor Designer collaboration with Ptolemy Mann. Scroll down to take a look at the trends:
The Galaxy trend juxtaposes intense, dark tones with ethereal, shimmering hues, and intense pigmented brights. Mirror metallics, glossy and iridescent effects sit next to powdery minerals and crumbling lunar surfaces. Get the look – 1. Tambour 2. Sneak peek! 3. Gisele 4. Plaster 5. Sneak peek!
The Organic trend is all about textures and colours from nature, with a futuristic twist. Materials are innovative and sustainable and prints are influenced by plants through a microscope. Vibrant saturated colour combinations, geometric patterns and digital technology are key to the Virtual trend.
